Tricia Sterling has kindly provided me the attached document of some twenty five years ago. It is most relevant to Planning application P/2016/0722 and I thought you might therefore appreciate sight of it.
Incidentally, I have ascertained that the three oak trees on the pertinent plot of land, do NOT have any preservation orders applying to them.
