Subject: ‘Flicks’ film screening at Sarn village hall, 21st April
Hello Everyone,
On Friday, April 21st, we will be showing ‘Belle’ in Sarn’s community hall.
‘Belle’ is based on the true story of illegitimate bi-racial child, Dido Elizabeth Belle, born to a British admiral and a former slave he loved, brought up as an orphaned, beloved member of her father’s aristocratic family in 1770s. As usual, we will have a licenced bar also offering tea, coffee and soft cold drinks; there will be a short refreshments interval roughly half way through the film.
