‘Flicks In The Sticks’ screening, Sarn Village Hall, Friday, 11th January 2019

Hello everyone,

May I wish you all a very happy 2019.

On Friday, 11th January, we will be showing ‘Finding Your Feet’ in Sarn village hall.

Doors open 7pm for screening at 8pm. £4.50 adults, £3.50 OAPs & children, £12.50 Family (2 x Adults, 2 x Children)

When ‘Lady’ Sandra Abbott (Imelda Staunton) discovers that her husband of forty years is having an affair with her best friend, she seeks refuge with her estranged, older sister Bif (Celia Imrie). The two could not be more different – Sandra is a fish out of water next to her outspoken, serial dating, free-spirited sibling. But different is just what Sandra needs and she reluctantly lets Bif drag her along to her community dance class, where gradually she starts finding her feet… and romance.

You can watch a trailer for the film here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-Cp6ba2Y0g

As usual, we will have a licenced bar also offering tea, coffee and soft cold drinks; there will be a refreshments interval roughly half way through the film.

Hope to see you next week on 11th.

Owen
